This is the program that about 80% of ALL rm2k users around the globe use to make/edit graphics. I use it too. Its very powerful. It has a user-friendly interface. You can't go wrong with iDraw.
Download v1.3 (english) Avi Maker
This hard to find utility allows for you to create and export your own avi's for use in rm2k. Very useful. I dont use it much though.
Download v1.0 Name Generator
This hard to find little utility will generate names for you when you can't think of a name for your characters. I find it very useful.
